On paper these two look almost identical: $0 a month for giving, roughly 3% on cards, 1% on bank gifts. The real decision is which platform you want your app, media and website to live on, because both companies would like to be your whole digital stack.
So the question to ask your team isn't "which giving form is nicer?" but "whose ecosystem are we joining?"

Subsplash Giving fits a church that already uses, or is moving to, Subsplash for its app and sermon media. Subsplash One customers get a lower card rate (2.3% + 30¢, and down to 1.9% + 30¢ and 0.5% ACH through GrowCurve), but that bundle is priced by sales, and reviewers mention difficulty reaching a live person past the AI support and one painful contract cancellation.
Tithe.ly is the better pick when you want published prices and the freedom to leave. Giving costs nothing monthly, All Access is a posted $119, and there's no contract on giving. Standalone card rates are nearly the same (2.99% vs 2.9%, both plus 30¢), so let the app and contract terms decide this one.
